Course Summary

If you are serious about improving your riding fitness but need guidance and/or motivation to reach your goals, this program is for you! Customized around your individual goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, motivation, and schedule, this program meets you where you are and builds from there. We begin with a comprehensive questionnaire followed by a live 60-minute online intake session. This initial session includes a fitness assessment and detailed discussion about your goals, expectations, challenges, etc. so that I can develop your personalized plan. During this session, we will also set a day and time for your weekly 30-minute session that will include a brief workout and coaching on mindset, challenges, and opportunities. We will also conduct progress reviews every four weeks, and you will have unlimited e-mail support so that I can help you navigate obstacles that might otherwise interfere with your progress.
